The Road - John Hillcoat (2009)

         Beautifully tragic, emotional, and suspenseful. Life is tragedy. What made it worth watching for me was seeing the sweetness of the father-son relationship in the midst of everything. I was hoping they'd survive through it all.
I don't know if it's weird to connect so much with movies.. I just love watching people - movies become real life to me.
So, watch it! It's not sappy sad, it's intense and scary and pretty entertaining while being multidimensional.

P.S.  I chose this shot because it was an impactful moment in the movie (in my opinion.. of course). Viggo Mortensen is the main actor... that's his hand.  heh
